Smart measuring computer for pumping systems

Energy efficiency is an essential part of sustainable building management. To comply with European directives on energy performance in buildings, E.D.&A. developed a smart custom-made measuring computer for this leading pump manufacturer.

Comprehensive functionalities

This compact electronic controller solution offers the possibility to meet legal requirements in an economical and compact way. The integrated ultrasonic flow measurement is based on the principle of the transit time of the ultrasonic wave. The two additional temperature sensors ensure that supply and return temperatures as well as power and heat quantity are recorded. There is also access to the module via a BT app to collect all relevant data and set up the computer.

One-stop-shopping

E.D.&A. provides more than the electronics. At the customer's request, E.D.&A. also takes care of the complete assembly of the electronics board in a black plastic housing with custom front foil, individually packaged and provided with the correct product labels on the box. A fine example of one-stop-shopping, in other words.
