IoT controller for irrigation systems

E.D.&A. developed a new custom-made controller for an international customer active in agricultural sprinkler systems. The new electronic controller gives more control over the irrigation process. The platform uses various sensors (water pressure, volume, etc.) and communicates via the cloud with the farmer concerned about parameters such as water consumption, reel wind-up speed, etc. Via an App or web interface, this data is made transparent. In addition, the platform is ready for future extensions.

The operation and fault diagnosis of the irrigation system can be done via the cloud or on site - if there is no connection - via the intuitive, graphical user interface on the machine itself.
