Intuitive electronic controller for industrial pumps

This European manufacturer in the HVAC sector was looking for a controller with intuitive operation for their industrial pump systems.

The user interface must be easy to operate and read in difficult circumstances. Therefor we used a number of status LEDs and a 3x7-segment display next to a tactile keypad. The custom-made electronics are equipped with multiple sensor inputs for pressure and level measurements.

The connection with the building management system simplifies troubleshooting due to the list of error messages. E.D.&A. has developed and produced this control board on a mechanical support that fits perfectly in the front panel developed by the customer of the new device. Before the market launch of this device, E.D.&A. performed the necessary EMC pre-compliance tests and assisted the customer to complete the official certification.
