Intuitive custom-made electronic controller for vacuum packaging machines

The electronic controller with a custom-made LCD display regulates the entire vacuum and sealing process of the equipment.

Our customer’s packaging machines are available in sizes ranging from a small table model to machines with double vacuum chambers. These machines are generally used for packaging fresh food.

With this controller, our customer wants to differentiate itself from the competition with the ultra-intuitive way in which the equipment is operated. To this end, E.D.&A. developed a custom-made LCD display with clearly recognisable symbols. The controller, with both digital and analogue inputs and outputs, regulates the entire vacuum and sealing process of the equipment.
