Custom-made innovative electronic controller for industrial washing machines, dryers and ironers

E.D.&A. developed an innovative electronic controller for a manufacturer of industrial washing machines, dryers and ironers.

After E.D.&A. had developed and produced the previous platform, we were asked to develop a new innovative electronic controller. We developed a high-performance platform on which future options can also be implemented. It allows moving images to be shown on a full colour 7” display with touch sensitivity. Wifi is available as standard, with a proximity sensor. Software updates can be made by the end user via the USB host or Wifi, among other ways. A CB report of the product acts as the basis for CE, UL, CSA and other inspections which make worldwide use possible.

E.D.&A. implements a Class B software that also makes everything functionally safe. At the software level, we also work on a ‘co-development’ basis whereby the application was developed by the customer themself.
