Custom-made electronic controller for automatic sliding door

E.D.&A. developed a door controller for an internationally renowned door manufacturer. This door controller had to be “discreet” and “simple”. A non-professional electrician must be able to install it without any assistance.

The automatic door can be operated in various ways: via push buttons next to the door, with a remote control or with motion detectors. The door controller can be set so that the door closes automatically after an adjustable period of time. If an obstacle is detected while closing, the door interrupts the closing motion and automatically reopens.
