Design for Excellence (DfX)

Our success is underpinned by our synergy-based approach: in everything we do, we want to create added value. Before we start with the development for a project, our design, testing and production departments sit together to examine how your product can be made and tested as efficiently as possible. We take all facets of DfX (Design for Excellence) into account, including DfM (Design for Manufacturing), DfA (Design for Assembly) and DfT (Design for Test).

Design for Manufacturability (DfM)

DfM (Design for Manufacturability) is a method of taking the manufacturability of an electronic design into account during the development phase. Production problems are eliminated at this early stage, which leads to lower production costs and a shorter time-to-market.

Design for Assembly (DfA)

DfA (Design for Assembly) is a method for improving the assembly of a product design. During the development phase, we already look at the assembly in detail. This often makes assembly easier and requires less time. Moreover, this method also allows the assembly of the design to be automated in the future.

Design for Test (DfT)

DfT (Design for Test) is a method of including testability during the development of the electronics. This method enables automatic testing of the electronics during the production process, which reduces costs and guarantees excellent quality.
