Custom-made controller for milk cooling tank

Our customer wanted extremely user-friendly operation that could be set to the language of the user. E.D.&A. developed a service interface with 20 languages, including Vietnamese and Swahili.

The controller also incorporates a “milk watch function” where key data can be logged and read. For example, the milk may not be collected if there is something wrong with the cleaning or cooling of the tank. If an alarm occurs, the farmer receives a text message.

With the optional 4G communication module, the electronic controller can also be connected to the internet (IoT - Internet of Things). The log data and alarms can be read and monitored remotely, resulting in more efficient service. Data analysis makes “predictive maintenance” possible.
