Graphic display for V5-1000 HPC® (May 2003)
With the V5-1000 High Performance Controller (HPC®) you program your display, menu structure and operating panel yourself by means of the C-like language without enforced restrictions or structures. If you wish to install large texts, icons or graphics, E.D.&A. offers you a graphic display of 240 x 64 pixels. This graphic display - with a screen size of 131 x 37.5 mm - can also be used in an alphanumerical mode, causing 8x40 characters to be available. Of course, the user can choose between some 5 exclusively alphanumerical displays. The alphanumerical controllers can among other things be executed by means of a 40-character display (2 lines, fluo or LCD) or an 80-character display (4 lines, LCD).
The High Performance Controllers are mostly based on a unique '3 in 1' concept. To this end E.D.&A. integrates operating terminal, control unit and many other communication possibilities into 1 module. Thanks to the wide range of extension cards, the controller can be put together or adapted entirely to your wishes. With an optional data log memory up to 2Mb E.D.&A. combines data log and control functions in the High Performance Controllers (HPC®).
