Controllers in oven sector: a bread-and-butter issue (April 2007)
At the end of 2006 E.D.&A. has made a contract with a company that is specialised in cold storage counters and ovens.
At this moment E.D.&A. develops a custom-made oven controller for an oven with 3 baking trays. These ovens are placed in supermarkets and petrol stations to bake or warm up finished products such as baguettes and croissants.
The first prototypes were delivered in April.
