Kitchen hoods are used in hospitals, restaurants, hotels, etc. Most of the ventilation equipment with E.D.&A.-controllers go to the Middle East. This company wanted to buy a complete solution. That is why E.D.&A. completely integrates the controller into a box. The manufacturer only has to build in these boxes into their hoods. Depending on the circumstances the customer prefers a stainless steel or plastic box.
