Description development / required specifications
Development and production of a custom-made oven controller for an oven with 3 baking trays. These ovens are placed in supermarkets and petrol stations to bake or warm up finished products such as baguettes and croissants.
In view of the market positioning of these ovens, the idea was to develop of a controller with a good price in technical terms without harming the quality and possibilities.
The result is a controller with an easily readable and simple display, where all parameters can be adjusted with a few control buttons.
