Description development / required specifications

This Dutch customer has been producing irrigation installations to irrigate potato fields for years. They had some problems with the former controller. They were searching for a reliable alternative, which was also easily reachable by means of GSM. E.D.&A. has offered them this solution with the V5 HPC^® with a small graphic display (240x64 pixels).

The irrigation machine is a large reel with a hose, a pump and an engine. A tractor drives the irrigation installation to the end of the field, while the reel gets unrolled.

The software in the controller takes care that the quantity of water is identical in each place. Therefore the hose will be pulled back at a calculated speed.

The front of the controller has a private label with their own company colors for a complete integration of the controller in the installation.
